Tom Watson And Other Great Geriatric Moments

You make me feel brand new, for God blessed me with you.  You make me feel brand new.  I sing this song ’cause you make me feel brand new.  -The Sylistics

Public Service Announcement:  Ok, here we go!  Like my main man Henry David Thoreau always says, “None are so old as those who have outlived enthusiasm.”  Enthusiasms, enthusiasms… What are mine?  What draws my admiration?  What is it which gives me joy?  Golf!  No, not really, but still.  But still, you can’t help but be enthusiastic about this guy.  You can’t help but be enthusiastic about Tom Watson.  As you all know, Watson, who will turn 60 in less than two months, is leading the 138th British Open by one stroke entering the final round.  Yowza!  Hooray Tom Watson!  For he’s a jolly good fellow.  For he’s a jolly good fellow.  For he’s a jolly good fellow…Which nobody can deny.  Nobody can deny what this guy is done doing.  It got me to thinking.  It got me to thinking, what other old guys done did some pretty good things?  So without further ado, I give you Great Geriatric Moments In Sports:
