I’m sorry, so sorry. That I was such a fool. -Brenda Lee
Public Apology: OK, here we go! I said some things. Said some things I shouldn’t have. Said some things that were wrong. Washington Redskins safety Sean Taylor died. Died a horrible death. Died a day after he was shot at home by common thieves. I thought the worst. I said as much. I blamed Sean for dying the way he did. For that, I apologize. For that, I take full responsibility. The Washington Redskins lost a beloved teammate. The Taylor family lost a beloved son. A beloved father. A beloved husband. The Redskins should retire #21. The Redskins should put #21 in the Ring of Honor. The Redskins should proudly wear his number next season. Those who knew him intimately, shared a locker room with him, or walked the halls at Redskins Park, insisted that Taylor was a different man. A doting father. A family man. All growds up. I didn’t see it that way. I was wrong. I am sorry. To all of Sean Taylor’s people, I hope that the memories you built will help you to carry on through this difficult time.
Peace out homies. Six two and Even!
