Public Service Announcement: Ok, here we go!  Terrell Owens’ favorite quarterback has been told by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers that he will not be retained for a third season.  That’s right sports fans, according to ESPN, the Bucs have opted to go with the younger Luke McGown rather than let veteran Jeff Garcia give it another whirl.  Another twirl.  I bet they miss his girl.  Garcia:  “I do feel like I have football life in me.”  Me too Jeff.  me too.
