In a world of 'what have you done for me lately', how has Jerry Jones, of all people, not fired him yet? Not to mention, the offensive coordinator Jason Garrett was brought in to be groomed for the head coaching job 3 years ago and has more intelligence in his baby toe than Wade in his entire body (that's a lot of surface area).
