NFL Fantasy Sleeper: Brent Celek

Come see victory, in the land called fantasy.  Loving life, a new decree, bring your mind to everlasting liberty.  -Earth Wind & Fire

Public Service Announcement:  Ok, here we go!  Whatsa matta Binky?  You don’t know what to do?  You don’t want to waste a top pick on a Tony Gonzalez, a Jason Witten or a Dallas Clark?  You need that tight end who can make the difference between glory and disappointment?  Don’t worry Bubby, I got you.

I got you Brent Celek.  If you find yourself late in the draft without a tight end, standing alone, without a dream in your heart, without a love of your own, Brent Celek is your man.  The Eagles tight end mostly backed up LJ Smith during his time in Philly, but proved himself to be a valuable weapon last season.  He started seven games and caught 27 passes for 318 yards and a touchdown in the regular season.  In the NFC Championship Game loss at Arizona, he had 10 catches for 83 yards and two touchdowns.  He’ll be starting every game this season.  He’ll be a difference maker.  A takes the caker.  A shake and baker.  He’s your tight end sleeper.
