I think I’ll go for a walk outside now, the summer sun is callin’ my name. Oh, I think I’ll take a walk everyday now, the summer sun has show the way. -Brady Bunch
Public Service Announcement: Ok, here we go! The Ray Pride Parade marches on. Er, walks on. Like my main man Buford Pusser, Joe Don Baker Buford Pusser not The Rock Buford Pusser, always says, “The measure of a man is how tall he walks.” Gabe Gross is walking tall. Yesterday, with the bases loaded, Gabe Gross walked in the eighth inning to drive in the decisive run in the Rays’ 4-3 win at Kansas City. How about that? How about this? It was Gross’s sixth walk in 30 career plate appearances with the bases loaded. His career average of one walk every five times up with the bases chucked is the highest among active palyers with at least four walks that drove in a run. Walk this way. If I could walk that way, I wouldn’t need the talcom powder.
Peace out homies. Six two and Even!
