Arguello was a helluva man! The wars he had with Pryor were fantastic. Neither man would give up, they both left it all in the ring. That time----late 70s thru the mid 80s----were the last days of the warriors of boxing. Men like Arguello, Hearns, Hagler, Duran, Benitez. Guys who were not gonna back down or take a dive.

Unlike today's businessman boxers, like Mayweather and the De La Hoya, those guys were not thinking about their next fight....they were taking care of business in the ring....one war at a time.
