According to their website, TMZ reports, “Michael Jackson suffered a cardiac arrest earlier this afternoon and paramedics were unable to revive him. We’re told when paramedics arrived Jackson had no pulse and they never got a pulse back.” The LA Times confirms it. A sad day indeed. The King of Pop is dead. Long live the king! (ESPN2 7PM ET) I’ll be watching the Yankees game tonight for the same reason I watch the Yankees game every night. I’ll be watching to see them lose. The Yankees lack consistency. The Yankees can’t beat bad teams. They lollygag the ball around the infield. They lollygag their way down to first. They lollygag in and out of the dugout. You know what that makes them? Of course you do. That makes them a longshot to make the playoffs. Three times last night the Yankees had young Tommy Hanson on the ropes. Three times last night they failed to score a single run. Get your popcorn ready!
