Is I-Rod Still Juicing?

Public Service Announcement:  Ok, here we go!  In 1999, Ivan Rodriguez robbed Pedro Martinez of the MVP.  Robbed I tells ya!  In the book Juiced, Jose Canseco claims to have educated Rodriguez about steroids when they were teammates in Texas.   In the book Juiced, Jose Canseco claims he acquired steroids on behalf I-Rod before personally injecting him ‘many times.’  In the book Juiced, Jose Canseco claims  Pudge used a combination of HGH and steroids and ‘a small dose’ of injectable testosterone.  With Ivan Rodriguez’ performance yesterday, I have to wonder if he’s still on the juice.       

Yesterday, Ivan Rodriguez went 4-for-4.   Yesterday, Ivan Rodriguez went yard and hit a triple in the Astros’ 125 win over the Padres.  Yesterday, Ivan Rodriguez fell just a double short of a cycle.  Rodriguez was the first catcher in twenty-four years to go yard and hit a triple while going 4-for-4 or better. Yesterday, Ivan Rodriguez made me wonder if he’s still juicing.  And that’s what I hate most about where we are today.  Any time anybody does anything, I wonder if they’re using anything.
