Perfection: Albert Pujols

I got prescription glasses and my eyes are correct.  Two times every year I go to have them checked.  Per-fection’s my selection, and I will select.  And if it’s not perfect I will perfect.  -Run DMC

Public Service Announcement:  Ok, here we go!  Tony LaRussa said Albert Pujols is  “the perfect player.”  Flavor Flav said, “I know it sounds crazy but it fits perfect.  Peter perfect pimped a perfect Peter.”   Albert Pujols pimped a perfect yesterday.  Yesterday, Albert Pujols had three hits.  Yesterday, Albert Pujols had two bombs.  He scored four runs knocked in three and just for good measure, stole a base.  My goodness!  My greatness.  Only two other players in St. Louis Cardinals history have met all those levels in one game.  Only Lou Brock in 1967 and only the imitable Don Gutteridge in 1936.  Slavador Dali once said, “Have no fear of perfection, you’ll never reach it.”  Slavador Dali didn’t see the Cardinals play yesterday.

Peace out homies.  Six two and Even!

BallHype: hype it up!
