Too much of a hurry for Dallas Police Officer Robert Powell. Powell pulls Moats over. Powell pulls his gun. Powell lectures Moats. What we’re dealing with here is a complete lack of respect for the law. Powell refuses to let Moats go. Powell says things like, “I can make your night very difficult.” Powell came through with his promise. Came through with flying colors. Moats’ mother-in-law, Jonetta Collinsworth, died before he and Collinsworth’s father could break free. Simply shameless policing. Simple abuse of power. Simple Brass Bonaza.
