He pitched for the Yankees and has 4 Cy Youngs. Probably the best leftie of our generation. He's a first ballot HOFer. He'll get credit. Plus, and this is most important, he killed a bird that one time with his pitch.

the guy doesnt get the credit he deserves. i think it because he never played in a big time market. its true, the older you get, the better the stories get.

I've seen RJ pitch in person about 10 times now including once this spring. Whenever he walks by I gawk at him like he's some kind of monster. I think I'm going to enjoy being old for the baseball stories.
