How Do You Spell Sieve? Miikka Kiprusoff

I’m fixing a hole where the rain gets in
and stops my mind from wandering.  I’m filling the cracks that ran though the door and kept my mind from wandering.  -The Beatles

Public Service Announcement: Ok, here we go!  Just awful.  Yesterday Miika Kiprusoff was just awful.  This is the guy  who holds  the modern NHL record for regular season goals-against average.   This is the guy who in 2003 had five playoff shutouts, helping the Calgary Flames to win the Western Conference championship.  He didn’t help anybody do anything yesterday.

Yesterday, Miikka Kiprusoff faced only twenty shots.   Yesterday, Miikka Kiprusoff  allowed five goals.  You can’t win games like that.  This isn’t the first time either.  In fact, it was the second time this month that Kiprusoff allowed five goals in a game in which the opposing team put twenty or fewer shots on goal.  C’mon Miika, you’re better than this!

Public Spectacle:

Peace out homies.  Six two and Even!

Share the love baby!
