You talk when you’re awake, I heard you talk when you sleep. Has anyone ever told you, that talk is cheap. -Run DMC
Public Service Announcement: Ok, here we go! Really? Really Donald Fehr? Baseball union head Donald Fehr rejects the suggestion many players are under suspicion because 104 of them tested positive for drug use in 2003. Are you out of your cotton pickin’ mind!? I’m sorry, did I break your concentration? I didn’t mean to do that. Please, continue, you were saying something about best intentions.
The road to Hell is paved with best intentions. And that’s exactly the road where Donald Fehr and Bud Selig have dragged baseball. You can blame the players, sure. Everybody has to be accountable for their actions. Or in Fehr’s case, inactions. He knew. Everybody knew. Everybody knew and nobody did nothin’.
That leads us to this. No matter what Donald Fehr says, every baseball player from that era, and even this one, is under suspicion. Did he? Didn’t he? Jim Thome? Nomar? Jeter? Whomever. It doesn’t matter. Pitcher, catcher, Indian Chief. No name would surprise us anymore. Nobody was surprised about Alex Rodriguez. Nobody will be surprised about the next name to come out. We won’t be surprised because everybody is under suspicion.

This could have been another brass bonanza rite here, but the video at the bottom of this is way funnyer
way longer
Fehr is trying to save face but he has done just as much to ruin baseball as anyone else. For 15 years, ever since the strike, he has been one of my favorite targets of hate.
hes just gross. but like everything else, its always about the money. not the game. not the records. the money.
