Reveille

Cavaliers 109  Suns 92:  Mo Williams proved he belonged last night.  Proved he belonged in the All Star game.  Proved he belonged with forty-four big points.  That’s the second time this season he’s scored at least forty.  Get the papers, get the papers.

He and LeBron make a pretty impressive duo.  A dynamic duo.  Holy demolition, Batman!  They’ve been demolishing folks all right.  Bron Bron has five forty-plus games thus far.  The only other NBA teammates to each post multiple 40-point games in the same season were Steve Nash and Amar’e Stoudemire for the Suns in 2006-07.  I wonder how many times Wilt and Elgin did it?

Raptors 91  Spurs 89:  ’Cause the whole world loves it when you don’t get down.  And the whole world loves it when you make that sound.  The whole world made a sound last night.  And when I say sound, you know what I’m talking about boyeeeee!  Last night, Manu Ginobili, Andrea Bargnani, Roko Ukic and Tony Parker were the leading scorers.  That already marks the second NBA game this season in which players born outside of the United States posted the four highest point totals.  If you don’t think basketball is talking over soccer as the world’s number one sport, you got another thing coming.

USA 2  Mexico 0:  Speaking of soccer.  Take that Mexico!  Where are your voodoo dolls now?  Where’s the voodoo that you do?  USA!  USA!  USA!  Michel Bradley!  Michael Bradley!  Michael Bradley with two goals.  Get the papers, get the papers.  Up next, El Salvador.  Get your popcorn ready!

Peace out homies.  Six two and Even!

BallHype: hype it up!

Wow, I expected a little Laker bashing or at least trashing here. If not that, I thought there would be mention of the Celtics holding the Hornets under 80?
