Hornets 94  Nuggets 81:  Geez, it sure didn’t take Chauncey Billups very long.  I guess they don’t call him Mr. Big Shot for nothing.  Last night he became just the second player in Denver’s NBA history to put together a streak of thirty consecutive games with at least one threecola.  Just him and my boy, Michael Adams.  Boston College’s own Michael Adams.  Just so you know, Adams made at least one three-pointer in seventy-nine consecutive regular-season games.  My goodness!  Just forty-nine to go Chauncey.      

Knicks 112  Hawks 104:   The Knicks train just keeps on rolling.  Choo Choo Charlie was an engineer.  Last night, Big Nate Robinson was the engineer.  Engineered a fourth quarter comeback.  Twenty points in the fourth quarter.  This was the best two points of them all:

Blackhawks 3  Ducks 2:  Rookie rookie, who gets the cookie?  Anaheim’s Bobby Ryan does.  I’m gonna ask you a simple question and I want you to listen to me:  Who’s the big winner here tonight at the casino?  Huh?  Bobby, that’s who.  Bobby’s the big winner.  Bobby wins.  Actually, Bobby lost, but he did score a goal for the fifth consecutive game.  Ryan’s eleven goals during January are the most for an NHL rookie in a calendar month since Alex Ovechkin back in ’06.  How about that?
