Joe Torre Hates A-Broad

Public Service Announcement: Ok, here we go!  Say it ain’t so Joe.  According to the New York Post, Joe Torre has a new book out.   According to the Daily News, Joe was a bitter man by the time he left the Yankees.   According to both of them, Torre rips A-Rod and the Yankees brass a new one.  This is gonna be good.    

There aren’t a whole heck of a lot of excerpts out there yet, but my favorite of the ones that are is Joe saying A-Broad developed a “Single White Female“-like obsession with team captain Derek Jeter.  Let the photoshopping begin!

You had to know this was coming.  I mean, you embarrass one of the most successful managers in the history of the game, on the most successful team in the history of the game; you have to know fireworks are going to fly sooner or later.  They flew sooner. 

Joe is expected to appear on the Late Show With David Letterman on February 3, to talk about the book.  I know I’ll be watching.
