Heck, even the greatest athlete in the world is allowed an off night. Heck it’s only his fourth off night like that in his career. Heck, the last time LeBron missed that many shots in one game was back in March of ’06. Don’t expect too many more.
Big Bad Bruins 2 Islanders 1: Hooray Marc Savard! Mahc Savahd played in his 200th game as a Bruin last night. Mahc Savahd scored the first goal of the game last night. Savahd now has 227 points (52 goals, 175 assists) in his three seasons with the Bruins. In the last thirty years, the only players to score more points in their first 200 games for the Bruins than Savard are Adam Oates (300) and Barry Pederson (253). Not too shabby. Not too shabby at all.
