Shaq Fu: The New Mark Price

Wonder what I’m thinking.  Wonder why I’m drinking.  But it’s plain to see, I’m not the man I used to be.  -Fine Young Cannibals

Public Service Announcement: Ok, here we go!  Shaquille O’Neal.  The Big Shaqtus, the Big Cactus, the Big Galactus.  Remember the Hack-a-Shaq?  Well, fugettaboutit.  There’s a new sheriff in town and his name ain’t Reggie Hammond.  Think Mark Price.  Think Rick Barry.  Think Steve Nash.  Ray Allen.  Think those guys there.  Think guys who make their free throws.

Two days after going seven-for-seven from the line against the Mavs, Shaq Daddy made all five of his free throws in a win over the Clips.  Big deal you say?  Who cares you say?  I say, it was only the second time in the Shogun’s seventeen-year NBA career that he played consecutive games without missing a free throw.  Yowza!  The first time was back in ‘04 when Wilt Chamberneezy was 1-for-1 from the line in consecutive games.  So if you’re thinking about fouling about fouling the big fella, you best think again.

Public Spectacle:

Peace out homies. Six two and Even!

BallHype: hype it up!
