Suns 110 Thunder 102: Shaq is back. Back to back. Shaq Daddy scored twenty-eight big points last night. Shaq Daddy pulled down twelve big rebounds last night. That’s two straight 20/10 games for Shaq Daddy. Get the papers, get the papers. It’s been a long time coming. It’s been almost a year since the last time Shaq Daddy posted consecutive 20/10 games. The Big Shaqtus has not had three consecutive 20/10 games since March 2005. The Suns play Memphis tonight. I’m just saying.
Pistons 88 Magic 82: I know it’s a little early in the season to be calling games statement games, but that’s what it was. The Pistons have been among the elite Eastern Conference teams for some time now. The Magic were in the middle of an eight game run and a gaudy record up there with the Celtics and Cavs. The Pistons just made a statement.
Rangers 5 Islanders 4: The Islanders are just awful. They took a 2-1 lead into the third period only to allow four goals in the final 20 minutes and lose to the Rangers. That was the Islanders’ league-high fourth regulation loss this season in games in which they led in the third period. I blame goalie Joey MacDonald. The cat is 0-9-2 in eleven games this December. That’s not very good. Neither are the Isles.
Peace out homies. Six two and Even!
