Public Service Announcement: Ok, here we go! I’m not an MMA guy. Don’t pretend to be one. Not here, not on TV. But when an athlete is found dead in his home in an apparent murder-suicide, I feel obliged to write about it.
If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a thousand times, guns are no good. Guns get you dead. Just Levens is dead. His wife, Sarah McLean-Levens is dead. That’s it. They’re gone and there’s nothing we could do about it.
Justin Levens was in the midst of three-year professional career in several MMA organizations. Justin Levens was Ruas Vale Tudo black belt. Justin Levens was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. I don’t much more about the man, I do know this is a tragedy. I’m sure as this story gets legs, it will only get worse.
