Public Service Announcement: Ok, here we go! Celtics/Lakers. Lakers/Celtics. Is their any doubt? Any doubt that you care to dole out? Any doubt that you have some knowledge about? ‘Cause if there is, I’d sure like to hear your feeble explanation. Because Stanley, see this? This is this. This ain’t something else. This is this.
There is only one thing and one thing only that stands in the way of a Celtics/Lakers rematch in the finals. That one thing is LeBron James. Unless King James goes absolutely nuts in the playoffs, Michael Jordan Flu Game nuts, Knick Killer Reggie Miller nuts, Magic Johnson 1980 Game Six nuts, Bill Russell 30 Point 40 Rebound nuts, and does for the entire post season, nobody’s getting in these cats way. Nobody.
Both teams are dispensing their opposition like Pez. Recently, the Los Angeles Lakers smashed the Phoenix Suns. Smashed the team that ousted them in the first round of the 2006 and 2007 playoffs. Recently, the Boston Celtics smashed the Detroit Pistons. Twice. Get the papers, get the papers. Smashed their nemesis from the Eastern Conference finals last season that has since sped up with the acquisition of Allen Iverson. But like my man Hiro Nakamura always says, “You are not faster than me, nemesis.”
I can’t wait ’till Christmas. The NBA, it’s fantastic! It’s where Russel/Chamberlain happened. It’s where Bird/Magic happened. It’s where Kobe/Paul Pierce is happening. I love this game!
Peace out homies. Six two and Even!
Need More? Boston Celtics, Cleveland Cavaliers, Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, Los Angeles Lakers, Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan, NBA, Paul Pierce

It’s way, WAY too early for this kind of prattle.
The Celtics have yet to play a Detroit team that has integrated AI into its game. Seriously, if you think those two games portend anything for the playoffs, you’re delusional.
Likewise, the Lakers are no way, no how a lock for the Finals.
It’s just too damn early in the season.
wait, you think the detroit pistons have a shot? really? now who’s dillusional?
