Packers Defense Equals Raiders Offense

Understand where I’m comin’ from.  Self-defense turns to offense.  -Cypress Hill

Public Service Announcement:  Ok, here we go!  Just a quick one.  Enough to make you sick one.  If you’re a Raiders’ fan, that is.

Through ten weeks, the Green Bay Packers’ defense and special teams have scored nine touchdowns.  Through ten weeks, the Green Bay Packers’ defense and special teams have scored exactly the same number of touchdowns as the Oakland Raiders.  How about that?

Six interception returns.  Three by Nick Collins alone.  One shy of the record shared by Houston Oilers, Houston Oilers, Houston Oilers number one Ken Houston, the ChiefsJim Kearney and the Eagles Eric Allen.  Throw in two Will Blackmon punt returns.  Throw in a Jim Hunter return of a fumble.  Throw in that stuff that there and you get one high powered offensive defense.

Peace out homies.  Six two and Even!
