Gotta love having Swisher and Texiera. First of all, your consideration of Nick Swisher is unjust. He has had one of the better OPS since 2005 and has been a 25-homer, 25-doubles threat every year. He is worth about a hundred walks and puts up a respectable OBP.

In fact, his OBP the past five years has been better than:
-Jason Varitek
-Mike Lowell
-Jacoby Ellsbury
and studs:
-Coco Crisp
-Julio Lugo

Read Moneyball, pick a better statistic than batting average, and win another 23.

Oh yeah, we got Tex. Cheers.
