Finally it has happened to me, right in front of my face, my feelings can’t describe it. Finally it has happened to me right, in front of my face and I just cannot hide it. -CeCe Peniston
Public Service Announcement: Ok, here we go! While everybody was the watching the Pats/Jets last night, the Boston Bruins just kept on a rolling.
The Boston Bruins weren’t supposed to win this one. The Boston Bruins were supposed to be tired after playing the night before in a city 1,000 miles and a time zone away. But supposed to’s don’t count in hockey. Only winning counts. Just win baby!
Yes sports fans, the B’s beat Les Habitantes 6-1 last night. Montreal had won twelve consecutive games against the Bruins. The longest current winning streak by one NHL team against another. No more. Get the fuck outta here. Big shot. Get ‘em all in a back room, smack ‘em around, no more big shot.
Marco Sturm was a big shot. Mr. Big Shot. Mr. November. Boston’s Marco Sturm scored two goals. Both on power plays. Sturm may have only scored only one goal in eleven games in October, but he leads the Bruins with five goals in five games in November. January, February, March, April, May. I see you cryin’, but girl, I can’t stay. I’ll be gone ’til November, I’ll be gone ’til November.
The Bruins have now won their five straight games. The Bruins have now won eight out of nine. The Bruins are now a team to be reckoned with.
