Because you had to be a big shot, didn’t cha? You had to open up your mouth. You had to be a big shot, didn’t cha? All your friends were so knocked out. -Billy Joel
Public Service Announcement: Ok, here we go! Ty Law must be on them happy pills again. How else can you explain it? How else can you explain what this dude is saying? “Hell, throw at me…I relish the opportunity.”
Yesterday, the J-E-T-S Brett Brett Brett’s signed Ty Law, to help bolster their defensive backfield. To help bolster their defensive backfield just in time for their biggest game of the season. Just in time for the New England Patriots.
Now, I love Ty Law as much as the next guy. Loved him when he was the Patriots. Loved him when he the first New England Patriot to ever lead the league in interceptions. Loved him when he intercepted Kurt Warner and took it forty-seven yards back to the hizzouse. Loved him when he picked that six-five, 230-pound quarterback with a laser rocket arm three times to carry the Pats to the Super Bowl. Loved the way he stuck folks. Stuck folks real good like. I loved all of it. I don’t love this.
I hope Matt Cassel throws Ty Law’s way early. I hope Matt Cassel throws Ty Law’s way often. I hope the New England Patriots make Ty Law pay the way they made Anthony Smith pay. The way they made Freddie Mitchell pay. The way they made Shawn Merriman pay. Made them pay dearly. Nobody circles the wagons like the New England Patriots. Not the Buffalo Bills. Not nobody.
This is what the Patriots do to Ty Law and The Jets tomorrow night for their insolance:
Why Not Ty? (Jets Daily)
Peace out homies. Six two and even!
Need More? NFL, New England Patriots, New York Jets, Ty Law
