Yes, it’s over. The Yankees apocalypse is upon us. Don’t believe me? Then you’re clearly not reading the signs. Last night, Golden Boy, Derek Jeter, was picked off base. Last night, Mariano Rivera issued a walk. It was Rivera’s first base on balls in twenty appearances this season. It was the first time Jeter was picked off base in nearly ten years. And when the Bombers do not make the playoffs this year, it will mark the first time in thirteen years they have failed to do so. Ha ha ha! Roll Sox, roll!
